-------------------------------------------Continuing declines in mortgage rates and signs of home price pick-ups dominate this week's economic outlook for real estate. Fixed-rate thirty year mortgages averaged slightly over 5 percent last week, according to the Mortgage Bankers Association. Fifteen year rates averaged 4.6 percent.
