Market Summary for all FMLS areas, single family detached, new and resale: At the end of December 2008, there are 45,227 single-family detached homes (new and resale) for sale. There were 2,994 single-family closed sales, and 7,382 single-family new listings that month. Therefore, @5.9% of the single-family detached home market sold. Also, at the end of that month there would have been a 11.3 month supply of resale single family detached homes if no other homes had come on the market.
